Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program on the social welfare of underprivileged communities in the District of Panggungrejo. The population of this study were residents of the District of Panggungrejo. While the sample in this study is Very Poor Households (RTSM) who received a Family Hope Program. Assistance from the Family of Hope Program and those directly related to the community in Kecamatan Panggungrejo totaling 55 samples. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence of the Family Hope Program Against Community Welfare Panggungrejo District. In addition, one of the processes that determines the implementation of PKH in Panggungrejo District is the preparation of implementation steps in advance so that the desired objectives are achieved. The process of preparing for the Implementation of the Family Hope Program includes the preparatory process for implementation starting from the selection of districts / cities by BPS (Central Statistics Agency), determining the location of PKH recipients, selecting companions, and determining PKH participants. In addition, in the process of collecting data and information there must be cooperation between the relevant work units.

Abstract

KWE Puspa Jagad is a Tourism Village in Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. Tourism Village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a community life structure that is integrated with applicable procedures and traditions. Indonesian Government has massive promote tourism now. This development reaches the lowest level, which is the village formed in the tourist village. The tourism village was formed from the utilization of the village's original potential both from economic activities, native culture and local village human resources. Empowering rural communities through tourism s a labor-intensive activity. The typical local economic and cultural activities can be presented as tourist attractions with village community guides. Tourism village HR management has supporting factors including a high level of social awareness and is easy to direct, but also has an inhibiting factor, low quality of existing human resources. As an organization at the rural level, HR management is carried out simply, following the existing HR level. Planning is limited to HR management in the tourism business development plan without increasing member. Managerial level is choiced base on the level of education and experience in the organization. Performance assessment is only based on discipline and quality of service. HR operational functions are carried out simply, following the capabilities KWE Puspa Jagad members. New members Recruitment is not held specifically, but every time native people can apply become member. HR development doing by learn from skilled organizations or other groups, attend training and autodidact. Work compensation is carried out simply by following what is common in rural areas with 3 levels: managers, trained staff and helpers. Integration is carried out by family based deliberations. Mintenance members is emphasized in providing awareness that in the KWE organization Puspa Jagad is friendship group and loving organizations able to provide added value for active members. Discipline is base on of the awareness members themselves, if undiscipline, manager will give a personal warning. Termination members of KWE Puspa Jagad isn’t done, but members who never participated in the activities are considered inactive members.

Abstract

Since the birt of the village law gives a great responsibility to the village government with special authority to regulate the village. Giving a big responsibility is not accompanied by a good preparation of human resources. As a result, the birth of good governance in the village government environment is still far from expectations. On the other hand grating village autonomy gave birth to new bags of corruption in the country. This study aims to determine the principles of supervision that are applied to support the good governance of village governments, especially in underdeveloped villages in Blitar district. This research uses a qualitative method with case studies conducted through interviews and documentation. The principle of supervision has been implemented by the inspectorate but weaknesses are still found with the main factors The principle of supervision has been implemented by the inspectorate but weaknesses are still found with the main. This research is expected to provide benefits to the inspectorate to improve performance and to the village government to implement the results of supervision to make improvements in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to test and describe the extent of the Electronic Disbursement Information System (SiPecel) and Monitoring Evaluation (e-Monev) in an effort to provide convenience related to the realization of disbursements both direct and indirect expenditure in the district of Blitar quickly and in real time. In this case, an innovation and breakthrough are needed to increase the success of appropriate, fast and accurate services through the creation of an Electronic Disbursement Information System (SiPecel). An android application that presents information (1) SP2D Number, (2) SP2D Date, (3) Date of Disbursement, (4) Beneficiary, (5) Amount, (6) Receiving Bank and (7) Remarks. Whereas Monitoring Evaluation (e-Monev) presents information (1) Realization of SKPD Budget, (2) Recapitulation of All SKPD, (3) Percentage of Budget Absorption, and (4) Ranking of SKPD Budget Absorption. It is expected to be able to assist the regional government in presenting information to the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Blitar Regency for goods / services providers, treasurers and stake holders as well as communities related to Budget Realization. For the next stage, applications that were initially desktop-based were refined to become web-android-based, which can later be accessed wherever we are, making it easier and faster for local government servants to provide goods / services and treasurers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of leadership style, benefit and applied information technology of simda finance aplictaion simultaneous and partial on employee performance in BPKAD Blitar District. This research is explanatory research, multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study is leadership style, use and application of simda finance aplication information technology simultaneously influence the performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Blitar District. Theoleadership ostyle to performance of employees at othe Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Blitar District. Abstract

This study aims to examine the function and usefulness of the results of the Use of Electronic-Based Taxation Applications in the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar District Towards the Digital Era, which hopes taxpayers and tax officers can easily carry out tax transactions. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits, among others: (1) For Bapenda of Blitar District, this research can be used as an evaluation material regarding the level of understanding of taxpayers and tax officials in using electronic-based taxation applications and can be followed up with socialization on how to use tax-based applications electronic properly and thus minimizes the level of errors that occur due to human error. (2) For researchers, provide researchers with knowledge about the problems faced by taxpayers and tax officials in using electronic-based taxation applications and their causes, as well as honing the ability of researchers to find solutions to that understanding. (3) For taxpayers, it is hoped that this research can solve the problems encountered when using electronic-based taxation applications. (4) For tax officers, it is hoped that this research can solve the problems encountered when working using electronic-based taxation applications This qualitative approach uses a descriptive approach, namely: a study conducted on a causal-effect (cause-and-effect) event or phenomenon that has occurred, the cause of which is not due to the treatment / intervention of the researcher. In this method the research subject of Siridoaja Tax Application in Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Taxpayers and Tax Officers This research data uses secondary data taken from Blitar District Bapenda data. This research design using field studies is a research design that combines literature search (Literature Study), surveys based on experience or relationships between these variables in a particular problem situation. From this research it was found that: (1) This system was built to provide a solution and convenience for taxpayers to get fast and complete information about PBB-P2 and to find out the truth of the amount of tax they have. (2) Factors that constrain the use of electronic-based applications are unequal internet access, operator capacity in using applications, and the ability of taxpayers to operate Siridoaja applications (3) The advantages of electronic-based Siridoaja applications in their use are accurate and accountable so that if there are errors entries / data can be viewed immediately by the operator or taxpayer. (4) Evaluation of the use of the Siridoaja application that this application can be utilized to the maximum both by the Tax Officer and the general public who can already enjoy online tax service facilities

Abstract

The presence of the 0.4 industrial revolution is a challenge for the education world. The education world must prepare professional teachers in accordance with their competencies so that they not only can produce students who excellent scientifically but also have a good character in accordance with national character. Provision of professional allowances is the choice of the government to improve teacher competence and the character of students. Unfortunately, there are still any contradiction regarding how big the role of professional allowance is increasing teacher competency. To answer this problem, researcher conducted in-depth observations through cross-site studies about improving teacher and student competency through the provision of professional allowances by using the technique of data analysis from Miles and Huberman. This study was conducted on teachers receiving professional allowance at the Mardi Wiayata education foundation in the city of Kediri which has two institutional sites, SMPK Mardi Wiyata and SDK Frateran 1. The results of this study illustrate that the Professional Allowance qualitatively can improve teacher competency so that it can also improve the character of students

Abstract

Semenjak krisis moneter melanda bangsa Indonesia tepatnya pada tahun 1997/1998, rakyat mengalami guncangan yang sangat besar dari berbagai sektor baik ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Bank Indonesia Cabang Kota Kediri merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang membantu perkembangan UMKM di Kota Kediri pola pembinaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kolaborasi, pola pembinaan, dampak positif dan negatif dari pola pembinaan, hasil kinerja UMKM di Kota Kediri setelah mengikuti pola pembinaan antara Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM di Kota Kediri. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang dilakukan dengan observasi langsung terhadap subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa seluruh pihak terkait duduk bersama agar nantinya tidak ada kesalahpahaman antara semua pihak serta control yang jelas, pola pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia berupa pendampingan dan juga fisik dengan memberikan alat penunjang kegiatan produksi (alat tenun), dampak positif dan negatif dari pelaksanaan pola pembinaan yang dilaksanakan antara pihak Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM Perkumpulan Pengrajin Tenun Ikat Bandar Kidul Kota Kediri baik secara umum maupun secara khusus, Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri menetapkan indikator keberhasilan bagi para pelaku UMKM agar pola pembinaan yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan bisa mengembangkan UMKM.
